This is very small and compact machine ever made. It can produce 450 fulka roti of 6.5” size. This machine has four decks:
- Aluminum disc ( rotating tawa )
- Aluminum disc ( rotating tawa )
- Stainless steel rotating puffer grill, optional is aluminum rotating tawa
- Stainless steel rotating puffer grill.
Here, roti flips three times (two times each sides) for proper cooking and roasting. Flames of burners are controllable for customized roti making.
Thickness of roti can be adjusted. You can use pressing unit for different usage like pressing dough of:
- puri
- bhakhari
- puran poli
- parotha
- stuff parotha
Working Video
Body is full stainless steel. Pressing parts are aluminum duly treated for longer life. Geared motor is silent and it is 25 watts only. Gives smooth performance for couple of hours nonstop.
Electrical safety is provided. It is fully safe machine. Heaters are made from st. steel tubes for best performance.
