This roti machine can produce 800 roti up to 6.5” dia. Thickness can be set as per requirement. You have to feed dough balls one by one in the machine, it is pressed and flatten equally. Then it slides on rotating hot plates – roasting on one side. While moving further roti flips to another side automatically. This process repeats four times. Then ready to eat roti comes out one by one.
Roti remain soft after cooling down.
Machine body is made by stainless steel and aluminium rotating plates are treated for non sticking and hardness for longer life. This machine is specially made for kitchens where no naked flames are allowed in premises, like in corporate houses, on ships, chemical factories etc.
