Ragi, Bajari, Jowar Roti is now easy to make, just thin as 0.8 mm to 3 mm thick you can set thickness as per your choice. Just load dough and you can get ready to eat minimum 600 roti per hour. Kadak or soft roti as you want.

There are two segments in machine:

  • Rolling Unit
  • Roasting Unit

Details

  • Rolling Unit rolls the dough in sheet form and die cuts dough according to size of die :ixed say 6" dia, 7" dia, 8" dia and round cut portion of dough moving on conveyor shifts on another conveyor where dry atta is applied on bottom side of dough. From second conveyor it slides on oven conveyor.
  • Here it starts baking, moving further it flips and another side starts baking, timing of conveyor and flame below is such which bakes roti evenly. Moving further it flips again on first side here it moves on naked flame so complete roasting takes place.

Body of oven is made from pure stainless steel roller chain is also made from stain less steel. Bearing housings are stainless steel for longer life. Complete oven is mounted on four heavy duty castors.

Rolling unit is made from mild steel both the sides are cut on lazer machine for accurasy. Rollers are tefelon coated. This unit is having geared motor. Speed controller is provided.
